Product information.

What are Elephant Cruiser products made of?

Elephant Cruiser bottles are made from high-quality, food-safe 18/8 stainless steel. They use thermal technology so that your drink stays cold for 20 hours or hot for 10 hours. This material is highly resistant to rust and requires no coating. Your bottle is BPA-free and offers a sustainable and eco-friendly alternative to single-use plastic water bottles; and in addition our bottles are certified by an independent and accredited testing center to meet all regulatory requirements.

How does my Elephant Cruiser bottle work?
Thanks to our Thermo technology and double-layer insulation, which includes a layer of copper, the products can keep any liquid hot or cold for extended periods, while keeping the exterior free of condensation. Our Kenya, Zambia and Botswana models will keep your drinks colder or hotter than other brands due to their quality. Although the lids are made of plastic, the insulation and thermal effect continue to provide excellent quality.

Please note that Elephant Cruiser product claims are based on tests with water and at standard temperatures.

Can I use my bottle to store drinks and keep them cool?

Your Elephant Cruiser bottle will certainly help keep your drink cool throughout the day, but it's not designed for long-term liquid storage. Alcohol, some juices, and dairy-based beverages can spoil and cause excessive pressure buildup in the bottle, which can lead to cap failure and injury. And remember, putting your bottle in the fridge can damage the vacuum seal that helps it maintain the ideal temperature.

Can I fly with my bottle?

Your bottle is airport security compliant, as long as you remember to empty whatever's inside first.

Will my bottle sweat?

No way! Thanks to the double-walled insulation, which includes a layer of copper, the outside of your bottle will remain completely free of condensation.

Where are Elephant Cruiser bottles made?

Our bottles are designed by our creative team in Marbella and responsibly manufactured in China.

Safety tests and certificates?
Before a product is launched on the market, it is tested by an external testing institute to ensure that it complies with applicable regulations (such as BPA, LFGB, 1935/2004, FDA, etc. tests).

How will my bottle be packaged?

At Elephant Cruiser we are always trying to find new ways to improve our packaging methods, with great regard to their effect on the environment. Our policy is not to use any type of plastic material in the packaging, and to make minimal use of cardboard and always in a responsible manner, down to the last details. We try to develop a highly sustainable product and we try to follow that same protocol with the packaging of our products, from the shipment to our logistics facilities in Madrid to the final shipment to our customers.

Take care

Can I put my bottle in the microwave, refrigerator, or freezer?

It is very important not to put your Elephant Cruiser bottle in the refrigerator, freezer or microwave as this can damage the bottle and its vacuum seal.

How do I clean my Elephant Cruiser bottle?

Elephant Cruiser bottles should be cleaned regularly; We recommend washing the bottle with warm soapy water after each use, drying and storing with the lid open. Our bottle brush is an excellent tool to ensure that your bottle stays completely clean. Avoid submerging the bottle and cap in water for long periods of time, as this will interfere with the vacuum seal.

Elephant Cruiser bottles are dishwasher safe! However, we recommend washing the bottles by hand to ensure they don't get damaged by other items moving around in the dishwasher and chipping the paint or making it lose the effectiveness of its Thermo technology. After washing your bottle, we recommend that you dry it upside down and store it without the lid, to ventilate it well. This will help keep it looking and smelling fresh.

Be aware and take care of my Elephant Cruiser bottle

Elephant Cruiser bottles should only be used for their intended purpose. Do not put your bottle in the microwave. Do not put your bottle in the freezer. Don't fill it up too much; hot liquids can burn the user. To prevent spills and leaks, the lid must be completely closed and tightly tightened to ensure a tight seal. Elephant Cruiser products are not intended for prolonged storage of liquids. Alcohol, some juices, and dairy-based beverages can spoil and cause excessive pressure buildup in the bottle, which can lead to cap failure and injury.

If you're using your bottle to enjoy a fizzy soda, some soda, or other carbonated beverage, be careful when opening it. The airtight seal maintains the pressure required for all those bubbles.

Extended care instructions.

Never use bleach or cleaners that contain chlorine. Elephant Cruiser bottles are made of stainless steel, which should not retain flavors or odors; but if you've already thoroughly cleaned your product (using warm soapy water and air-drying with the lid off, as suggested), you can try mixing a solution of 1/4 cup vinegar and 3/4 tablespoon baking soda. ; let the container soak in the solution overnight; rinse well and air dry.

If the inside of your bottle gets stained, you can try mixing a solution of warm water and two tablespoons of baking soda; let the solution soak into the product for one hour; rinse well and air dry. To remove tough stains, let the solution soak into your bottle overnight. Never use bleach or cleaners that contain chlorine.

Sometimes the gasket, which is located on the inside of your bottle cap, needs cleaning. The gasket is dishwasher safe, but placing it inside a dishwasher basket is recommended. Alternatively, you can mix your own cleaning solution of 1/4 cup vinegar and 3/4 tablespoon baking soda; let the gasket soak in the solution overnight; rinse well and air dry.

Avoid submerging your Elephant Cruiser products in water for long periods of time, as this can interfere with the vacuum seal.
