What types of payment do you offer?
You can choose between PayPal, Apple Pay, and debit and credit cards.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
You will find all the information about our rates and delivery times.
Keep in mind that delivery times start from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email.
We count only business days and do not count holidays.
My order has not arrived, what should I do?
We ask that you wait the following days before contacting us.- Four working days for orders placed from the UK
- Ten business days for orders placed from Europe
If you have already done the above and still have not located your order, contact our Customer Service team through our contact form. We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days and make sure your order is delivered safely. Do not forget to mention the order number.
Do you ship orders outside of the US?
At the moment we only accept orders within the EU area. At Elephant Cruiser we are always expanding our limits, so if we still do not ship to your country, we will try to do so as soon as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, or parts of it, please contact customer service at hello@elephantcruiser.com as soon as possible. If our warehouse has already processed your order, unfortunately it is not possible to cancel it, in which case you can return it once delivered. After the return has been registered, we will refund the account used in the payment. Note: we will deduct a total of €5.00 (from the original paid) to cover handling costs.
Do I have the right to return my products?
You are not satisfied with your article? Did you receive the wrong product in the post or something is missing from the order? We accept complaints through our contact form. In order to process them, we also need the order number as it appears on the invoice. Do you want to change or cancel your order? Please return the package to our address within 14 days of receipt (in the case of an exchange, please indicate which item you wish to exchange it for). Once we have received the merchandise, we will send you the new product or give you a refund (if the merchandise is unused). Please note that we do not cover shipping costs. If the Elephant Cruiser product was purchased from a store or website other than www.elephantcruiser.com, please contact the retailer directly.
We have a return service at a cost of €4.50 that includes the order of collection.
Returns handling normally takes 1-2 weeks after the package is received. Once the return has been registered, we will refund or update your invoice. We will also send you a confirmation email once your return has been registered.
The price of the product includes 21% VAT.
